The Messenger

  • Harris Academy South Norwood 2 Cumberlow Avenue London SE25 6AE (map)

Join us during National Gardening Week for a visually thrilling eco-documentary that unravels the mystery behind the world’s vanishing songbird population and questions what this means for humankind’s own future.

Through skilful narration and camerawork, The Messenger takes us on a visually stunning journey into the endangered world of the songbird. As in ancient times, songbirds may once again be carrying a message to humans – one that we ignore at our own peril.

This is a film that is full of revelations, making it essential viewing for everyone and particularly those who care about the environment and nature.

Hosted in partnership with Bromley RSPB, who will be in attendance to talk about what they are doing to save nature in Bromley and surrounding areas.

There will be a FREE raffle to win Bird & Wild goodie bags at the screening. Bird & Wild is a UK-producer of bird-friendly coffee and donates 6% of sales to the RSPB.
