Dir. Sebastián Lelio • 2018 • UK • Drama • 114 mins • Cert 15

We begin our Valentine’s celebrations with a story of forbidden love from the director of 2017 hit A Fantastic Woman.

When her estranged rabbi father suddenly passes away, Ronit (played by Oscar-winner and co-producer Rachel Weisz) returns from New York to the North London Orthodox Jewish community that rejected her years previously after a scandalous transgression.

Co-starring Rachel McAdams and Alessandro Nivola, this strong Oscar contender is a timely and emotionally powerful romantic drama set at the crossroads of tradition and modernity, of personal desires and the demands of faith.

We’re please to announce that we’ll be screening short film Parting Gifts before the main feature. Director David Yorke will be attending to give an introduction.

Pick up a Date Night ticket for either Valentine's screening and get entry for two, a glass of prosecco each and a sharing bag of popcorn.
