How do I get my Champions card?

This will be posted to the address you provided when you signed up, and should be with you within 10 working days. If you wish to use your membership in the meantime, you can show us a copy of your confirmation email instead. You will be able to use your membership number to reserve tickets online straight away.

How do I get my free tickets?

You can book tickets online or on the door:

  • On the door - simply show your card to our box office staff on arrival

  • Online - visit and enter your membership number as a "voucher code"

Can I share my “membership” with my friends?

No. Your membership is non-transferable and can only be used by the named card holder.

How long does my subscription last?

Your subscription lasts for as long as you keep up your direct debit payments. Payment is taken on a monthly basis through Go Cardless, on the same day of the month as the date you join.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your membership any time, by stopping your direct debit payments either through Go Cardless or through your bank. Your membership will continue for one month after your last payment.

How do I get my free tote bag?

Am I guaranteed a seat at your screenings?

Although there are usually tickets on the door, entry for members is not guaranteed, so online booking is advised in case of sell-outs.
